My inspiration came from growing up on a farm and learning how to care for them. I knew from a very young age that I wanted to work with animals when I grew up.

I joined the clinic in 2005 when I moved to Red Deer. I knew I wanted to work at a vet clinic, so I applied at the clinic and was called for an interview. During my interview, Dr. Lisa was caring for an ill cat and let's just say my interview was very hands on!

My loving pet is a French Bulldog named Yogi.

I love my job because I enjoy talking to clients about life and listening to stories about their pets. My favourite thing about the clinic is that every staff member genuinely loves caring for all our patients.

Fun fact about myself is that I grew up on a goat farm. Besides having goats, I also had dogs, cats, wild boars, potbellied pigs, pink pigs, donkeys, horses, llamas, cows, chickens, and turkeys all throughout my farm life. We called it the funny farm!
