Amanda

Registered Veterinary Technologist

I graduated from Lakeland College in 2008 and I decided to join Lomsnes Veterinary Hospital in 2011. My special areas of interest are dentistry & medical emergencies.

My loving pet is Shep- Border Collie.

I love my job because I really enjoy being so hands-on at work. My job as an RVT requires me to place IV catheters, collect blood and take radiographs, among many other things, there is always something interesting to do. My favourite thing about the clinic is having the opportunity to bring my furry best friend to work with me.

Fun fact about myself is that I am always on the go learning or trying something new. I spent a year and a half living overseas and hope to someday see more of our great big world.
