Stress-Free Vet Visits for Your Cat

Are you worried about taking your cat to the veterinary clinic? We all know that cats don’t like travel especially going to the veterinary clinic.

Tricks to help make it a little easier for your cat to visit the veterinary clinic are keeping the carrier in your living room for a few days beforehand, and putting their special blanket inside, as well as using a feline pheromone spray (Feliway) helps many cats, but for some, this isn’t enough.

This is where sedation comes in. We can dispense sedation and anti-anxiety medication for you to give at home before your cat comes to Lomsnes Veterinary Hospital. Your cat will still be awake, just less worried about what is happening. This makes for a much easier visit for both your cat and you.

So let us help you make your cat’s next visit to Lomsnes Veterinary Hospital a stress-free one!
