House calls are designed to make veterinary visits less stressful and more convenient for both pets and their owners. Being seen in a familiar environment can help reduce anxiety and allow for a more personalized experience.

Is a house call right for my pet?

House calls can be a great option for:

  • Senior pets or pets with mobility challenges
  • Nervous, fearful, or aggressive pets (especially cats)
  • Multi-pet households
  • Pets who experience stress during clinic visits
  • Owners with mobility, health, or transportation challenges

What services are available at home?

We offer a variety of services during house call appointments, including:

  • Wellness exams and vaccinations
  • Blood and urine sample collection (processed at the clinic)
  • Ultrasound
  • Nail trims*
  • Injections*
  • Microchip implantation*
  • Needle biopsies (FNA) and cytology
  • End-of-life care

*Nail trims, injections, and microchip implantation must be booked alongside another service.

Some services, such as radiographs and medication dispensing, will still require a visit to the clinic.

What types of pets can be seen?

House calls are available for:

  • Cats and dogs
  • Rabbits
  • Select pocket pets (guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, hedgehogs, etc.)

Booking and availability

  • Available one day per week (Wednesdays)
  • Limited appointments per day
  • Booking by phone only
  • Open to new and existing clients
  • Travel fee applies
